Beaulac Park

There wasn’t anything particularly spectacular at this park, yet the little one (and I) quite liked it. There are nice mature trees, the space isn’t too big, there are two play areas right beside each other, and a lovely new-ish splash pad just steps away.

All on sand, the two playgrounds have older play structures, but they’re both in decent shape. For toddlers there are stairs (just watch the bottom step), a bridge, lots of steering wheels, ladders and little slides. In the surrounding sand you’ll find two sand diggers, a motorcycle and firetruck spring rider, and the always popular Chubby Flyer plane. He’s so cheery πŸ™‚
The big-kid climber has a triple slide, a twirly tube slide, lots of ladders, and monkey bars.
Oh ya, and there are big and baby swings.

The splash pad features modern metal products including a trio of water canons, a misty ring to run through, and a high sprayer. There’s no fencing at all, and part of it is close to the road. It was dreary and cold out so we didn’t even turn on the water. Sorry.
The whole park has plenty of benches and there’s a picnic table near the small basketball court.

Things to note:
-This park doesn’t show up on Google Maps, but I’ve got the pin in the right spot on the map!
-There is a teensy parking lot right on Rue Elizabeth, or you can park along the street.
-We haven’t had good luck with Saint-Laurent chalets, and this one wasn’t open when we visited. There were no posted opening hours, so I didn’t mark the park as having a bathroom.
-You can find the splash pad hours HERE. They are generally 8:30am-9pm
