Glandelet Park

This is a decent neighbourhood playground with a big asterisk.
*Namely, if your kids can read, you might want to skip playing on the climber as every part of it is covered in graffiti. And if they aren’t phased by the bad words, you don’t want the atrocious spelling rubbing off on them either!

It’s a shame because this is a nice, fairly new climber by Jambette. While there are no stairs (making it difficult for little ones to climb), there is a neat rope ladder, metal rungs, binoculars, and slides.
In the surrounding sand are three metal ride-ons, and two each of big and baby swings.
There’s also GameTime’s ride-on/teeter-totter 4-kid contraption that we’ve only ever seen in one other park in Kirkland.

Not a whole lot of shade over the play equipment but the grass and path areas are nicely covered.
No fencing and fairly close to the road.
