Golden Eagle Resort Playground (Stowe, Vermont)

This was our third time staying at the Golden Eagle Resort. We love it for a variety of reasons:
-The old school 50’s style charm (with modern updates of course)
-the huge grounds with trails and fishing ponds, and room to let the little ones run
-the free coffee/tea/cookies in the afternoon in the resort lobby
-the indoor and outdoor swimming pools
-the popsicle delivery around the outside pool
-the games room for the older one
-the wicked great breakfasts at the Colonial Café
and
-the TWO-STOREY wooden pirate ship in the on-site playground!

There is also a small climber, swings, a little playhouse with a resident groundhog, a sandbox with some toys and a TWO-STOREY PIRATE SHIP!

We didn’t even know about the playground the first time we stayed (I just like the room rates and the breakfast plan), now that we (and the kids) have enjoyed the playground, we can’t stay anywhere else 🙂

**NOTE: I didn’t put photos of the whole resort as I wanted to just stick to the playground, but visit their website for more photos and a description of the grounds.
