I found this to be an awkwardly placed park. It felt like we were in someone’s backyard or at least intruding as it’s all very close to the neighbours, the street, and backs onto a busy road (there is a fence on three sides).
The two climbers (both on sand) are quite fun and the boys enjoyed them.
The toddler climber from GameTime has the Fat Pipe Climber ladder/stairs made of rubber that the little one needed some help to navigate. There is a neat spinny Gizmo wheel, a steering wheel, metal rungs, telescope, mini climbing wall, and slide.
Underneath are two little stools and windows to peek through. Cute!
The larger climber from Miracle Recreation was inaccessible for the short one, just because there are no stairs, but my six-year old was fine. There are lots of metal rungs to climb, a moving bridge, funny little vertical steps, and the Big Timber Hollow Log Slide (with treasure map at the top!).
Couple of baby and big swings and a bench round it all out.
There are a few smallish trees, but I think this park would be full sun in the summer.
