LES CÈDRES – Rue Champlain Park

A guest review, by my brother!

He’s obviously been well-trained because he took great pictures, and didn’t get any strangers’ kids in any of the shots 🙂

This looks like a lovely and new-ish nautical-themed park in the one of Les Cèdres’ housing developments. With bright and colourful products from Jambette, there is a great-looking toddler play structure with stairs, slides, and ground level gears and buttons to touch.
In the middle of the park are two big and two baby swings, and on the other side has the larger play structure.
Ladders and tricky climbing walls bring you up to the two tall slides, and there’s also the giant whale climber and a conical cable climber.

Lots to do, and lots to explore and touch!

The park also has new benches and picnic tables, a community garden (with a rain barrel!), and a book sharing library.

Things to note:
-The park is fully fenced but not gated.
-All the play areas are on wood chips.
-There doesn’t seem to be much, if any shade.
