Saint-Malo Park

Completely hidden from the road and not showing up on Google Maps, this park was a great find!
We parked on Rue de Saint-Malo Est and found the tiny path between two houses (and beside the community mailbox)
You’ll see the park sign just up the path so you know you’re going the right way.

There is one big, fairly new climber here that has a big-kid side and a toddler side and both sections are connected by a swinging rope ladder. The toddler part has an easy staircase, small slides and a way-too-high turning wheel. I hoisted the little one and noticed that the wheel goes up and down and they spin. Fun!
The big side was just too challenging for the small guy so I carefully climbed the little leaf steps and then went down the STEEP slide. You know it goes fast when you see all the shoe skid marks at the bottom! There is also a terrifying looking metal ladder and some creative plastic rings to climb.
Besides the baby and big swings there are two great ride-ons. The ever popular with my kids giant bumblebee that seats two kids and the crocodile/alligator/dinosaur. I’m going with crocodile.
Everything is on sand and all in the same section so it’s very easy for kids of all ages to play together.
No picnic tables but there are a couple of benches.

And while it’s not fenced, it is very secluded and away from the road, and despite being in the middle of a group of houses it’s very private because of the high hedges and trees.
Worth a visit if you’re in the area!
