You could almost see how this used to be an actual orchard, as there are gently rolling slopes and beautiful trees. And in the middle of the greenery is the little playground.
All on sand, you’ll find a large play structure from GameTime. There are also two big and two baby swings, and a metal spring rider.
The climber is a 2-in-1 toddler/big kid special. Little kids can climb the stairs or the metal Clover Leaf steps to access the double (bumpy) slides and the interactive Animal Panel. Is it a zebra or a pig…or a little bit of ALL of them?! A Zig?
Big kids will enjoy the wavy Volcano climbing wall, the metal ladders and the high slide. While there’s not a ton to do, it is a nice neighbourhood park with a bit of equipment for everyone.
There’s no fencing, and while we were there, no shade over the playground, though the surrounding trees had great picnic spots (and a picnic table).
