Situated right inside the Park’s main entrance at 20099 Boulevard Gouin Ouest and beside the Chalet d’accueil, the sledding hill is easy to find. Park your car ($7 for two hours or $9 for the day) and then cross the road while watching out for cars and tons of cross-country skiers!
This hill has posted rules and you walk up the edges and slide down the middle. There’s a good slope with some room at the top to stand. Not too intimidating even for smaller kids.
The chalet d’accueil is where you can rent skis, sleds and snowshoes. Note that the last rental is at 3pm. There are also vending machines, bathrooms (there’s also a porta-pottie outside), and a huge room with tables, chairs and a fireplace. Great for some after-sledding hot chocolate.
You can find all the info for rentals and the chalet hours, as well as dates and times if you want to ski/snowshoe to the sugar shack HERE.
While you’re here, check out the self-guided farm, the general store and the sugar shack.
There is also another small sledding hill just next to the parking lot and the General Store near the farm.
