A really lovely playground with lots to do for both the little one and the big one.
A whole row of swings, including an inclusive swing, an Expression tandem swing, and a bizarre stand-up…thing.
“What is this? What do I do?”
“I have no idea. Pretend you’re on a skateboard?”
“Ok!”
The play structures are fun with lots to climb and scale, but alas, no stairs on either. There are log slices to step across, a vertical “wood plank” wall to climb, and various ladders and slides.
But wait, there’s more!
Two giant and colourful spring riders: the cute snail and grasshopper. A saddle seat spinner, a neat raft that can hold a few kids (it was in use so I couldn’t get a picture), and a cable climber.
In the park you’ll also find a picnic table, a covered gazebo with tables, and a beautiful rocking swing for old people like me.
Things to note:
-There is minimal shade around the edges and the playground itself is in full sun.
-The park is fenced but with open gates.
-There’s a great parking lot.
-The park also has a baseball diamond and soccer fields.
