It was mid-afternoon on a beautifully sunny day, and we were the only ones at the park.
“Why are we the only ones at the park?”
Ohhhhh, that’s why.
Because it was about 45 thousand degrees in the full-sun playground.
This park has a 2-in-1 play structure with one side for toddlers with a staircase and little slide, and across the tricky zigzaggy bridge is another slide, ladders, and a rock wall. In the surrounding sand (that we could barely stand to walk in) are some spring riders and two big and two baby swings.
The rest of the park has a really nice basketball court and mini soccer fields.
We took pictures and skedaddled. If you want to cool down, you can visit the nearby Jonathan Wilson Park with its splash pad!
