Healthy-ish Chocolate Pudding

Easy to make and oh-so-good. Maybe I’ve eaten the whole thing myself before….

The ingredients:

4 tbsp. ap flour
4 tbsp. cocoa powder
½ cup of white sugar
milk (any kind)
2 tbsp. butter
1 large egg, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract

In a medium sized saucepan, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder and sugar.
Over medium heat (Don’t let it boil) whisk in the milk and stir until it thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in the butter.
Spoon a bit of the mixture into a small bowl and then add in the beaten egg. Return it all to the saucepan. Add the vanilla and then stir for another few minutes until it’s like pudding!
Eat warm or chill in the fridge. Or eat straight from the pot.
