By toddler-friendly, I mean, he actually drank it.
I put it in a cup with a straw and it was his on-the-go breakfast!
Vegetable, protein, fruit. Two minutes to make. Done.
- 1 cup of pure pumpkin (do NOT use pumpkin pie filling!)
- 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
- 1 frozen banana
- a dash of milk OR water to thin it out.
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- I throw WHOLE, very ripe bananas straight into the freezer. When I need one I just run it under hot water for a minute and the skin peels right off. If you have fresh bananas you can just put that with some ice cubes.
