Toddler-friendly pumpkin smoothie

By toddler-friendly, I mean, he actually drank it.
I put it in a cup with a straw and it was his on-the-go breakfast!
Vegetable, protein, fruit. Two minutes to make. Done.

Toddler-Friendly Pumpkin Smoothie
  1. 1 cup of pure pumpkin (do NOT use pumpkin pie filling!)
  2. 1 cup of plain Greek yogurt
  3. 1 frozen banana
  4. a dash of milk OR water to thin it out.
  5. sprinkle of cinnamon
  1. Blend.
  2. Drink.
  1. I throw WHOLE, very ripe bananas straight into the freezer. When I need one I just run it under hot water for a minute and the skin peels right off. If you have fresh bananas you can just put that with some ice cubes.
