Lorne Worsley Park

The brand new playground in this large soccer-focused space is really quite nice. If it’s not sunny or hot because there’s just not an ounce of shade.

But, if it’s cloudy or not 30 degrees outside, come and enjoy the lovely new play structure that’s partly wheelchair-accessible. The ramp leads up to chimes, a steering wheel, and a small slide with a transfer station at the top, while platforms lead up to fun-to-peer-through binoculars, more slides, and interesting climbing contraptions. It’s not huge, but certainly fun for kids waiting for their siblings to finish their game.

In the park you’ll also find a huge dog park, a space for picnic tables (they’re back-ordered), a parking lot, and even a porta-potty.
