There is…a lot of stuff here.
Like a lot.
In no discernible style or order. Or era.
You’ll find some almost new products like pretty “vines” to climb, a fun merry-go-round (that could be accessible if it wasn’t on sand), and a bright yellow and purple climber.
Then there’s some seen-better-days equipment like the metal dome climber and the monkey bars. A really, really good sanding and re-painting and they’d look (and feel) a bit better.
But hey, there’s really space for everyone to spread out here and find their favourite.
We loved that there are tons of trees to run around in or play a game of hide-and-seek behind, and plenty of shade.
You’ll also find a small splash pad with some nearby tables.
Things to note:
-The park is fenced but there are no gates.
-Like most other Valleyfield parks, there is a water fountain and a porta-potty in the summer.
-The splash pad hours are from 9am to 8pm daily from the end of May until the end of September. Press the sensor on the ground to start the water sequence.
