This lovely, colourful playground is a just a couple of years old, and is shiny and fun.
There are some accessible features here including a wheelchair-accessible table in the middle area of the playground, an adaptive swing with a 3-point harness, and large beautiful rocker that we’ve seen in quite a few Anjou Parks.
The Miracle Recreation play structures have tons to climb and swing from, and you can download the Biba app to play games throughout the play structures.
Little kids will like the big orange snail spring rider, the low climbing net, small ladders and slides.
At this park you’ll also find (we didn’t walk around the whole place):
-An outdoor pool (you probably need to be a member)
-Baseball fields
-A beautiful basketball court
-Bowling green (bocce?)
-Soccer field
-A community garden
and tennis courts
Things to note:
-The playground is on Avenue Jean Desprez, where there is tricky street parking. Alternatively, you could park at the pool and walk over.
-There is no fencing around the playground.
-The play areas are all on wood chips.
-While there are some inclusive aspects to the park, the playgrounds aren’t easily accessible because of the concrete border surrounding them and no ramp or cutout entry.
